Under the Privacy Act, we are required to provide you with our privacy policy. You might be interested to read this letter, as it provides information on how we protect the personal information which you, or others, might provide to us.

To market publications, magazines and other products that are in demand and satisfy your and other clients\' needs we research the market and collect information from our own, and outside, sources. Some of this information may identify you, or other of our clients, and is therefore classified as personal information. This information is stored in our data bank and is analysed to ensure that we are meeting your and other clients\' expectations.

Some personal information is obtained from surveys which we commission. Other information is obtained from independent agencies. The information is used by us so that we can -

• provide you with the products and services which you may require; and
• improve our products and services; and
• more quickly identify any trends which may be developing in our industry.

We may also use the personal information to notify you about new products and services which we are planning and any other information in which you may be interested.

We do not ordinarily disclose your personal information to anyone else unless that person is associated with or contracted to our group. This may include printers, mail houses or other related to our products and services . If we are required or authorised by law to disclose your personal information to a government department or similar agency, we must, of course, comply.

You may have access to any personal information we hold about you. We will provide you with that information within 14 days of your request, in writing. For security reasons, we cannot give you that information over the telephone.

All personal information which we hold is kept secure on our data bank. Only company employees have access to that information. We use our best endeavours to keep all personal information up to date and accurate. From time to time, we may ask you to provide an update to your personal information. Any incorrect or inaccurate information will be immediately corrected upon your requesting it.
